Young adult friendly churches

I was just spending time with some great Dad's who are active Churchmen. We are all in our 50's. One of our concerns: will our adult kids find a Church home? One of the issues is; can I give up my interest in the church doing what I like and hand over control to a younger generation with their ideas and interests. I pray the answer is YES. Frankly, I think having young adults guide the direction of our church is a good thing for us all. the other issues I see is; Do our Churches really have a heart for young adults? Again, I pray the answer is YES. What are the signs of change you see?
